ENTRY FEE:
Non-scoring teams - $15 per athlete (A non-scoring team is 4 or less athletes)
High School: $75 per team ($140 if both boys/girls enter)
*Please have your entry fee with you when picking up packets
*Payment prior to racing will be expected.

PTTIMING is handling the results this year. We will again have chip timing.

*ENTRIES WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY SEPT 9TH AT 10 AM!
PACKET PICKUP: Pick up packets from 3-5 p.m., Friday, Sept. 10 or 8-10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11 at the Competition site.
AWARDS:
JV: Medals to top 20 individuals in each race
High School: Medals to top 20 individuals in Varsity race
Special awards to top 10 in high school races
AWARD PRESENTATION: Award ceremony for the High School Varsity races will be at 12:15 p.m.
MEET RESULTS:
Unofficial results will be posted, available as soon as they are tallied and recorded.
Official results will be produced and available on site.

DRESSING FACILITIES: Please use your hotel rooms to dress. Shower facilities will be provided at the Elmen Center on the campus of Augustana College.
TEAM PARKING:
Please use the parking areas east of the starting line.
Parking attendants will help with parking.
Buses will drop off athletes at course and park at Spring Hill Lutheran Church.
*There will be a shuttle for individuals to get to course from SH Lutheran Church.
We encourage all teams to caravan with others to help with the parking issue.
SPLITS: Will be given at all the mile marks.

TRAINERS: Trainers will be at the course on the day of the race. We will have water on site, but please encourage your athletes to bring water with them. If you have special needs, please let us know.
