2016-17 (Junior)
Indoor: Named to the Winter Academic All-NSIC team … raced to a first-place finish in the 3,000-meters at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 17) … finished in eighth in the 5,000-meters at the SDSU Classic.
Outdoor: Named to the Spring Academic All-NSIC team ... did not compete. 

2015-16 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Earned second team All-American honors with a 10th place finish in the 5,000 meters … earned All-Region honors … named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic team … broke the school record in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:36.74 at the GVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 4) … finished in third in the 5,000 meters at the NSIC Championship (Feb. 27) … helped the Distance Medley Relay team take first at the Stinger Open (Feb. 20).
Outdoor: Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America second team … named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team … named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic team … took third at the USF Invitational in the 1,500 meters with a personal best time of 4:46.02 (April 10).  

2014-15 (Freshman)
Indoor: Earned All-American honors in both the 5,000 and 3,000 meter races … Placed first in the Distance Medley Relay at the MSU-Ted Nelson Invitational with a team time of 11:57.44 … At the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships Seivert place second in the 5,000 meter race with a time of 17:08.13 and third in the 3,000 meter race with a time of 9:49.54 … At the NCAA Indoor Championships she placed 13^th in the 3,000 meter race with a time of 9:48.66 and fifth in the 5,000 meter with a time of 17:01.71.
Outdoor: NSIC Outdoor Newcomer of the Year … Broke the NSIC 10,000 meter record with a time of 34:55.57 (old record 35:27.70) … Won Central Region Track Athlete of the Year … Earned All-American Honors in both the 10,000  and 5,000 meter races … Won the 1500 meter race at the Red Raider Open with a time of 4:47.86 … Part of the Distance Medley Relay team that placed second at the Drake Relays with a team time of 11:50.09 … Won both the 10,000 and 5000 meter races at the Northern Sun Conference Meet with times of 16:47.56 (5k) and 34:55.57 (10k) … At the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships she placed fourth in both the 10,000 and 5000 meter races with times of 34:52.56 (10k) and 16:47.23 (5k).

High School: 2014 graduate of Sibley-Ocheyedan High School … Seivert won the individual Siouxland Conference and regional cross country titles from 2010-13 and finished as the Iowa Class A runner-up each season … ran a career-best 4k time of 13:44 in cross country … won the Iowa Class A girls 3,000-meter championship while setting a new state record … took third place at the 2013 Drake Relays in the 3,000-meter run … won Iowa Class 2A girls,500-meter run in 2011 and took second in same event in 2013 … career-bests: 9:56 in 3,000-meter run, 4:46 in 1,500-meter run, and 2:21 in 800-meter run.
 
Personal: Daughter of Brian and Barb Seivert … born Dec. 6, 1995 … planned elementary education major and coaching minor.
