Daktronics and NCBWA All-Central Region second-team selection … named to All-NSIC first team … earned NSIC Player of the Week honors on April 7 … batted .389 at the plate, 10th in the NSIC … knocked 72 hits on the season, eighth in the NSIC … had a team-leading 12 doubles … legged out one triple … scored 50 runs, tied for 12th in the NSIC … drove in a team-best 61 runs, third in the NSIC … blasted 11 home runs, 12th in the NSIC … tallied 121 total bases, 10th in the NSIC … posted a .654 slugging percentage, 11th in the NSIC … .443 on-base percentage ranked 19th in the NSIC … stole two bases … recorded a .923 fielding percentage … picked up 35 putouts in the field … was credited with 85 assists, third highest on the team … put up 22 multi-hit games … piled up 15 multi-RBI games … ended the year on a season-best 21-game hitting streak, highest on the team … had a season-high four hits in win against Bemidji State on March 12 … racked up a season-high five RBI in a game on two occasions … scored a season-high three runs at Minot State on April 12 … jacked first home run as a Viking at Bemidji State on March 12 … posted a season-high four putouts in the field at Upper Iowa on May 2 … tallied a season-most six assists twice during the year.
