SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The NCAA will stream its selection show for the women's tennis national tournament tonight beginning at 7 p.m. on
NCAA.com. The Vikings have appeared in the Central Region rankings at No. 4 in all three editions, secured a spot in the NCAA Central Region Tournament when they won the NSIC tournament on Sunday.
The top two seeds of the Central Region will host the first round matches this weekend and the winners will advance to the NCAA Championships in Surprise, Ariz.
The Vikings finished the season 21-2 with a perfect 12-0 mark in NSIC competition and won their fourth straight regular season conference title and third consecutive NSIC Tournament championship.
This is the fourth straight NCAA tournament appearance for the Vikings (2010, 2011, 2012) and they have compiled a 2-3 record in their five matches.
