INDIANAPOLIS - Augustana will host the Central Super Regional on Friday, the NCAA confirmed Monday afternoon. The Vikings (51-10) will play Concordia University, St. Paul (33-21) at 2:30 p.m at Bowden Field.
Augustana is hosting the super regional for the second-straight year. Each super-regional site hosts a best-of-three series. The second game of the series is Saturday at noon, and the third game (if necessary) is at 2:30 p.m. The winner advances to the NCAA Championship.
The Vikings, who are ranked 16th in the country, were seeded second in the Central Region, while CU was the fifth seed.
Tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for students through college. No tournament passes are available.
