The Augustana men's golf team posted a 305 to move into eighth place Saturday at the NSIC Championships held in Lake City, Minn.

Bemidji State eclipsed Minnesota State for the team lead, while St. Cloud State sits in third place.

Eric Hieb led the Vikings with a score of 73 to move his two day total to 150 and sits in a tie for 15th. Jon Emerson currently sits in a tie for 27th at 154, while Adam Walsh is tied for 30th at 155.

Jim Foss of Bemidji State and Jake Nelson of Upper Iowa lead the field at 139.

The final round of the NSIC Championships will be played on Sunday.
