Final Results
The Augustana men's golf team finished in a tie for eighth place at the Upper Iowa Spring Classic, which concluded Saturday in Ankeny, Iowa.
Augustana shot 313 on Saturday to finish with a 36-hole total of 629. The Vikings tied Minnesota, Crookston, for eighth place. St. Cloud State won the team title with a team score of 591.
Individually,
Jon Emerson tied for 12th place. Emerson shot a 77 on Saturday to finish with a two-day score of 150.
Eric Hieb also shot 77 on Saturday to finish 2 shots behind Emerson at 152, which tied him for 15th place.
Adam Walsh was next in a tie for 44th place at 165, while Julean Michaels and
Joel Thompson tied for 49th place at 167.
The Vikings will be back in action next weekend at the NSIC Championships in Lake City, Minn.
