The Augustana men's basketball team remained fourth, while the women held onto the sixth spot in the second NCAA Division II Central Regional Rankings announced today.
In the men's rankings, Augustana (16-4, 9-4 NSIC) stayed No. 4 despite suffering road losses at Concordia-St. Paul and St. Cloud State last week.
The Augie women (16-4, 10-3 NSIC) remained sixth after going 1-1 last week. The Vikings lost at Concordia-St. Paul before defeating St. Cloud State on the road.
The top 8 teams in region advance to the Central Regional Championships, which are scheduled for March 13-16.
Both the men and women will be on the road this weekend, playing at Wayne State. The women's game starts at 4 p.m. and the men at 6 p.m.
