BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference announced Tuesday that Augustana's
Grace Sanders has been named All-NSIC honorable selection.
Sanders, a sophomore from Lakeville, Minn., ranks second in the NSIC in digs per set with 5.68 and has recorded 25 digs or more in eight matches this season. She had a season-high 31 digs against Northern State on Oct. 23 in a performance that helped her nab NSIC Defensive Player of the Week honors. Sanders has totaled 563 digs this season to add to the 514 she collected as a freshman.
This marks the second year Sanders has picked up honorable selection accolades.
Augustana wraps up the regular season against No. 3 Wayne State on Friday at 7 p.m.
