Final Results
The Augustana women's golf team finished in eighth place tie at the 12th Annual Mustang Invitational that concluded Sunday at the Marshall Golf Club in Marshall, Minn.
The Vikings, who have done well on the second day of tournaments this fall, struggled on Sunday as they shot 338 to finish with a 36-hole total 667. Nebraska-Omaha carded a 315 on Sunday to win the tournament with a score of 637.
Individually, Kate Tobin was the only Viking to shoot under 80 on Sunday. Tobin shot a 79 on Sunday for a 2-day total of 157, which put her in fourth place.
Emily Kvidera was next in the clubhouse for Augustana. She tied for 20th place at 164. Kelly Lauer and Kelli Lowry tied for 48th place at 173, while Laura Strautz rounded out the Viking scores with a 182, which put her in a tie for 62nd place.
Three Vikings competed as individuals. Jennifer Benoy tied for 43rd place at 172, while Emily Holck tied for 61st place at 180. Molly Leland finished in 72nd place at 185.
